SUMMER READERS VISIT MANY LANDS!

Congratulations to all the children who took part in the annual Summer Reading Program, “ONE WORLD, MANY STORIES”.  Despite the many challenges, over 700 children signed up and continued reading at the Minot Public Library during the summer.   Special thanks to our sponsors this year:  KXMC-TV, Johnson Eyecare and Eyewear, Subway, Sundre Sand and Gravel, and the Roosevelt Park and Zoo. A super duper reading fun day was held to mark the end of the summer reading program. Children were able play all sorts of games, bounce in the jumping castle, sumo wrestle, and see a magician perform. Winners of the prizes include: Deirdre S. winner of the $100 Visa gift card from Johnson Eyecare and Eyewear, Allie J., winner of the $100 Visa gift card from Sundre Sand and Gravel, Gracie H., winner of the $125 gift card from Subway, and Boston K., winner of the gift basket and zoo pass from Roosevelt Park and Zoo. Congratulations to ALL the children who participated, they are all winners.
