Children's Summer Reading Program

Slogan_5.jpgThe 2017 Summer Reading Program will kick off on Saturday, June 3rd starting at 10:00 at the Minot Municipal Auditiorium. It will be a day long cultural event with activities and fun for all.

Children can sign up for summer reading at the community fair or at the Library. When signing up, children will be given a card to keep track of the minutes they read each week. They will receive chances to win weekly prizes based on the number of minutes that are read. There will be a grand prize drawing at the end of the summer.

There will be also be activities for children of all ages this summer at the Minot Public library... 

There will be programs for school age children (grades 1-5) on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 2 pm. Wednesdays childen will have hands on activities and on Thursdays speakers from the community will present programs on Building a Better Community.  

Movies for children of all ages will be held on Mondays at 2:00 PM.  

We'll have a Great Artist Series, LEGO Robotics, a drive in day for children ages 4 and 5 and much more.
