Through this fraternal service to humanity they build a better life for all. They are a fraternal and social order with deep religious conviction and spiritual values. It is benevolent and charitable in its actions. It is the largest organization in the world to which both men and women may belong. Only men who are masons are eligible to join and only women with specific Masonic affiliations may be a member. They raise millions of dollars annually within their membership for numerous projects that benefit all mankind. ESTARL (Easter Star Training Award For Religious Leadership), Shriners Hospital for Children, Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Cancer Research, Heart fund, Arthritis fund and many local charities are among the projects they support. They proudly sponsor and support the young women who are members of Rainbow for Girls. Being a member of the order of the Eastern Star is a wonderful and fulfilling way of life.
