The Minot State University Foundation created the MSU Board of Regents in 1979. The Board of Regents is an unincorporated organization designed to faciliate the positive growth and development of Minot State University in its role as a comprehensive university. This select group of influential individuals provides valuable input and guidance by participation in the University’s ongoing strategic planning process. The board also works with University administrators to accomplish specifically identified projects and activities.
