In 2015, the Minot Sertoma Club contracted the installation of an induction loop system in the Ann Nicole Nelson Hall a performance hall on the campus of Minot State University.
The Minot Sertoma Club contributed funds to build the Sertoma Softball Complex on north hill.
Their donations assist youth, people with hearing impairments.
Host Christmas in the Park annually from the Friday after Thanksgiving to December 31, over 70 animated lighted displays in Oak Park.
Host Beerfest at the State Fairgrounds in September-over 500 people attend.
Host Celebrate Sound walk at MSU the 1st Thursday in May.

The club uses funds from the Sertoma Endowment at the Minot State Foundation to award over $6,000 in scholarships each year to MSU students majoring in Communication Disorders.
In 2013 the club pledged an additional $100,000 to the Sertoma Endowment at MSU over a seven year period.

Minot Sertoma has sponsored the youth (age 4-6) T-ball league since 2019 – over 650 youth are enrolled in T-ball in Minot.

To improve the quality of life today for those at risk or impacted by hearing loss through education and support. Primary focus of service: Speech, Hearing, Youth Activities.
