The inter-city route on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starts in Minot to Bismarck and back to Minot.
Reservations and cancellations are mandatory since the system won’t run unless we have rides, stops anywhere along the route, destination to destination, additional Bismarck and Mandan stops for riders if requested, call the office for more details.
Reservations: Curb-side service is provided to homes along routes. A 24 hour advance notice is required when making reservations due to high demand. It is very important that you call and cancel your reservation at least two hours before the pickup. If not, you will be charged a fare as a NO SHOW to be paid the next time you ride. Failing to cancel your ride prevents our system from adding riders who may need it. All rides should be requested no later than 2:00 pm the day before the ride is desired; reservations for Monday should be made the preceding Friday since there is no weekend service. If you plan to make several stops, please schedule all of them at the time you make your initial reservation. This will help the driver stay on schedule and prevent other passengers from being late for their appointments.
Passengers using an assistance device (such as a wheelchair or walker) are requested to inform the dispatcher of such in order for the driver to better prepare and assist passengers. Reservation can be made by calling 701-852-8008. The main dispatch telephone is TDD equipped for the hearing impaired. Dial-A-Ride Service – Call 1-800-927-8318 or 852-8008 for reservations or for information on the service. All routes to Minot, ND connect with all commercial bus lines, airlines and Amtrak.
