Rehabilitation Medicine is a medical specialty that focuses on the evaluation and functional restoration of patients with disabilities or limitations in functional abilities. Trinity’s RehabCare program is built on a team approach that helps patients set realistic goals and earn a sense of confidence in their ability to manage their lives once they have left the RehabCare setting.
Eligibility
Admission Criteria. Patients are required to meet certain criteria before they may be admitted to the RehabCare Center. Patient requires more than one form of therapy. Patient is medically stable, demonstrates sufficient endurance and able to participant.
