St. Joseph’s Community Health Foundation was founded on the principles of responding in a just manner to basic human needs. The foundation is the legacy of the Sisters of St. Francis who arrived in Minot in 1914. Their mission of caring for an individual as a whole still resonates today through St. Joseph’s Community Health Foundation. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity foundation established to help support the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of residents in an eleven county area, by using interest earned on the principal of an endowment and to receive direct contributions and participate in all forms of planned giving arrangements. Contributions to the foundation are tax deductible.
