Services Provided
The VASH (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) voucher program is for homeless veterans. It pairs Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance with case management and supportive services, such as health care, mental health, substance use, and other psychosocial needs.
Eligibility
Veterans who are appropriate for this program must be VA health care eligible Veterans. HUD-VASH Social Workers screen referrals, confirm eligibility, and manage admissions to the program.
