Calling all teens! The teen photo contest is here and this year we’re looking for images that celebrate color in all its forms. So, whether it’s a bit of nature, some public art, a fun outfit or a family outing, if something catches your eye, snap a picture and send it in!
This contest is open to ages 11-17 or 6th– 12th graders. Each participant may submit one (1) entry which may include up to three (3) photos. All submitted work must be original. The deadline for submissions is July 18th. Three (3) winners will be selected and announced during our end of summer Splash Bash Party and on the library’s social media platforms on August 2nd.
All photos entered will be displayed in the Library’s Makerspace Gallery. You can submit your photos at this link (https://docs.google.com/…/1GsOGkiFT25sehivV1V284R5…/edit), send an email to pam.carswell@minotnd.gov or drop them off at the adult circulation desk.
Prizes and bragging rights are on the line. We can’t wait to see the world and all it’s colors through your eyes!
