READ Dogs

Our Reading Education Assistance Dogs will be available for children toread to on the first Tuesday of the month. These dogs LOVE listening to children read. Children may read for 15 minutes on a first come first serve basis. For more information about the READ dog, contact the Children’s Library at 701-838-0606.

Splash Bash Party

Join Minot Public Library & Ward County Library as we celebrate the end of summer reading! Bring your water squirter or borrow one of ours. Remember to bring a towel & sunscreen! We will be meeting at the Central Campus Green Space located at 110 2nd Ave SE, Minot, ND 58701.

Intro to American Sign Language

Learn with us. This class will teach some of the more common signs in American Sign Language. This program will be interactive and is taught by two local community members. Registration is not required. The program is geared toward adults, however, all ages are welcomed! For more information call or stop by the library today.

Meet the Author

We will be hosting local author, Barb Solberg, for an author visit and book signing! Barb is the author of “What We Leave Behind”, a story of family, unforeseen circumstances and things left behind. Books will be available for purchase at the event courtesy of Main Street Books.
